We “welcome” the Nomismata website.

Hello everyone,

Introducing the Nomismata project website https://byzantine.units.it/en/

The structure of the site is very simple and was developed from an idea of Bruno and Giulio.

From the HOME page, access the database directly by clicking the “Go to Nomismata” button.

The CONCEPT page explains the genesis of the project, the ideas behind it and states our goals.

The RESEARCH page highlights the characteristics of our research activity, lists current and previously published research, conferences we have attended or will attend, and collaborations we have in place.

The TEAM page introduces our group. Each of us appears with a photo and a brief biographical note.

The VIDEO page presents video interviews we recorded in Trieste in August 2024. The clips aim to explain the scientific context from which the project takes off, its genesis, the difficulties encountered, the next steps and the role of young researchers. A big “thank you” to Pamela who did the editing.

The BLOG page (this one) is intended to host and share contributions, experiences, ideas, knowledge, etc. The more we write on this page, the more easily we will be found by search engines. Send your contributions to nomismatadatabase@gmail.com and we will post them with pleasure.

The CONTACTS page is our window to the world: anyone who wants to get in touch with us can do so by filling the form.

The site is designed to be navigable from your mobile as well. Try it to believe.
